After American Home Shield sent out a company to diagnose our AC problem (bad evaporator coil), we got a second opinion from Access Heating and Air as an independent contractor. We had used their services before after a technician from another HVAC company highly recommended them. Although Steven West, the owner who is full of integrity, said he could fix our 15-year old AC, we decided to get a new AC/furnace. We trusted that the quality of the work and the product were high, and the price was fair after comparing with several other companies. Installation went very smoothly, and Steven W. and other tech Steve were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and experienced. Lisa in the office also had exceptional customer service. We are so glad we found this company, and we are enjoying our new AC/furnace!
