Being on the heavier side of the scale, I’ve always had this nervousness about being in a gym, but from the moment I joined I have felt so comfortable. The owner Eddie, his staff and trainers have given excellent support and accountability. I deal with Beth and Jay more frequent than others and they always make you feel very welcome and excited about your goals. I gladly drive past plenty of other gyms in the area just to be here where I am not just a number, they really care. The gym is clean, never too crowded and the atmosphere is friendly. :) Come see for yourself!

I guess they don't have anyone to clean the gym anymore. Not a bad gym. Friendly people. Decent equipment. It's not very packed except around 5-6pm.

Used this location with old management and the new management miss billed me for an entire year owing me over 300. I have called 4 times and the manager will not call me back or respond to me. Watch out for these crooks! I'm filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB.
