Attention‼️I have been a BJ business member for over 10 years. I have never seen such terrible manager with no analysis skills and no ability to address customer needs. That is why Costco cross street has a much better business. I am going to stick with Costco now.

I've always grown up on Sam's Club, but this had much more variety. Very clean store with great organization. Only wish they had a snack bar like Costco and Sam's do.

Truck drivers There is ALWAYS someone here to unload... Drop your bills in the window, pop seal and get in a door. You'll get a red light an someone will bring signed copy after unload... Don't ask a manager or someone on the dock... You will just get passed up by other drivers and lied to... Ask any of the regular refer drivers that come through

Review during Covid times. I am very disappointed with BJs handling of social distancing. ALL your employees should be wearing a mask; otherwise it is a half put band aid with all the other measures taken. On Saturday May 2, and well as the weekend before; many employees are not wearing masks at the cashier and front customer services. Also, many empty shelves for the last few weeks. meats, dairy and a few other aisles very empty. Edit to add one week later: Adding to my previous comments, not only customer have to find empty aisles, but then many of your employees continue to work without masks; so why don't you take non perishable returns? Why do your front facing employees as well as employees coming through from the back not wearing masks also do NOT respect the distancing guidelines? Buyer beware: As waited for management to take a return; I waited close to 10 minutes; and in that time the self-service stations were not sanitized a single time after multiple customers use them. The personnel serving the Deli station, have not worn a mask either and were giving samples to customers. :::: FACEPALM :::: The safety measures taken seem only to be taken in order to give customers a false feeling of safety and are not applied to their own employees including cashiers, leads and management. Buy at your own risk!
