I requested a Mario and Luigi hoodie for my son with his name on the bottom for his birthday as I didn’t see one I liked. He explained we could find it on google and he could make it for me the same as a paw patrol shirt I saw in the store. I paid and he told me to come back 30 minutes later. I came back and was VERY disappointed. The design he made had the white background around the picture...NOTHING LIKE THE TRANSPARENT ONES! I explained to him that I would have NEVER paid 55 for a kids hoodie like that had i known and especially when he told me he could have made it exactly like the others in the store which has transparent backgrounds! He was not willing to work with me or even change to something else! I will NOT ever purchase anything from him! Had he been honest upfront I would have selected something else! His quality was much like me purchasing the iron on paper and printing it at home!

Bad customer service he couldn't make eye contact with me very rude his prices kept jumping around he act like he didn't want my business I even had to wait and watch him pray for 10 mins when I walked in he was on his knees on the carpet he heard me look at me then continued praying like I wasn't there but I remained patience and he still came at me with a dont care attitude didn't say sorry or anything. I'm taking my business else where he lost one

I am extremely disappointed with the finished product and no willingness to help correct the problem. It was poorly done and has peeled in the first day. The guy ruined each 60 shirt that I had done. This has costed me several hundred dollars with no correction on the mistakes made. After showing other print companies to repair the shirts every single one was appalled.
