I came to DOC Auto Chatham Heights based off personal recommendation. I was a first-time visitor and wasn't certain of what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. Not only was i given a warm welcome from Stephanie, I was given peace of mind. In my first visit, my vehicle wasn't able to be diagnosed at that very moment. I was provided a loaner car at no charge. I was able to go about my normal day-to-day without worrying about my car. I was called with a diagnostic update, part order turnaround, and rough estimate of pricing. I was given wonderful service from beginning to end. DOC auto trusted me with their vehicle without knowing what was going on with mine. That's #1 service in my book! Thanks for a great and reassuring experience!
