Be very wary of anything the staff tells you regarding financial stuff. I was assured of the price for wisdom teeth removal based on their prior experience with one of my insurance providers, they refused to even run the second one, only to get a surprise bill several months later. This on top of them convincing me to sign up for a medical credit card to pay for it instead of just accepting paymenr upfront. As for the medical practice, Dr.Brown is ok but seems very uncaring about concerns you may have. Would not recommend. If you have to go here make sure you document everything they tell you.

I can't believe the reviews I am reading! This office was not rude at all. They were the exact opposite! I dealt with the front desk staff and several assistants in the back. They were amazing! Treated me with respect and were compassionate and addressed my anxieties. I have also been to 3 oral surgeons in my life and by far Stephen Brown was the best one I have ever seen. Compassionate, was not rushed, talked to me about everything he would be doing, let me ask questions, had a great bed side manner.... You will not regret going to this office if you have the need. I wholeheartedly give 5 stars and would give a lot more if I could. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff for taking such great care of me yesterday!

Happy, happy, happy!!! I went to see Dr. Brown to get a tooth extraction. From the very beginning the nurses and receptionist were the best! Then it came to meeting the Doctor. What a gentle soul he is. Explained EVERYTHING in detail and before I knew it, I was back in the Car to go back home. NO pain whatsoever. I haven't had to take any pain pills as of yet....but will continue to take the antibiotics. Thank you so much Doctor Brown and Staff for a wonderful experience. P.S. SORRY I SNORED SO LOUDLY! LOL

My friend was in extreme pain and called to request his panoramic x-ray to be released to a prosthodontist for emergency extractions/ dentures. Mrs Jean made what should have been quick phone request last an uncomfortably long time. Mrs Jean continued to talk over my friend instead of listening to anything! She explained all about the staff's vacations and time off, how much they all deserved it, and which location they would all be at when operating short-staffed. Finally get told the panoramic x-ray will take 15 days to process the request due to the vacations and staff taking time off between the two locations. Again my friend stressed that they were in pain & received ZERO empathy from Mrs Jean! We tried to fax the Release of Records they requested but their fax# was wrong. We then sent two emails and still no response. My friend was made to feel ignored, unimportant, and the issue is still not resolved. My friend comes from a family of dental professionals & has never experienced this kind of treatment in 35 years!! ***Update: after reading other reviews, it seems that the main problem is... BELITA JEAN!! Judging from the response to reviews, she is obviously the one replying to them as well as evidenced by placing blame on the patients, using accusatory language, and never once offering apologies. As they say, the fish rots from the head & BELITA JEAN IS AS ROTTEN AS A WEEK-OLD SHARK IN THE SUN! Dr Brown, she needs to go! You are amazing & she is causing you to lose patients!

I came to Dr. Brown's office in some of the worst pain of my life. I literally couldn't stop crying. I had a completely broken back molar that had lodged itself into my sinus and become infected. I was terrified. Dr. Brown and his staff made me feel safe and comforted.They got me in as soon as possible and took care of me quickly. I am so grateful for Dr. Brown's kindness through such a difficult time.
