I've been using them for about 3 years & have been very pleased for the most part. Some drivers have been better than others, but that's to be expected. I usually tip 15% & 20% for really good drivers. But the driver I had today was late getting here & seemed to think if he broke the speed limit it would get me to the doctor on time. It might have if he hadn't missed the turn. As it was, I didn't have as much time as I needed with the doctor. Then he was late picking me up & repeated the scary driving & didn't seem to know where he was going--when he'd picked me up there an hour earlier! I didn't leave a tip for either ride & if I see his name on any future, I'll probably cancel & punch in uber.

My driver was Mary and she was super great. I didn't realize that my funds had not cleared my account and she was willing to work with me on my payment with cashapp. This is never anything that happens often but she made it happen. It's nice to have someone so understanding on a situation you have no control over. It takes a lot of trust also. She's definitely a great person. I really hope she wins Driver of the week. She really deserves it.
The driver very nice and have all informations from the company. If anyone need a taxi cab, I'll recommend the Global Cab

My driver was a very nice young gentleman. He was extremely pleasant and didn't mind myshort stop so I could get a cup of coffee and a snack, so I offered him an opportunity to do the same which he gladly excepted. In addition to the coffee and snack I also gave him a cash tip.
