My sisters and I have always been talking about getting a sister tattoo (for years). Recently we just lost our only brother and we thought we would dedicate our sister tattoo to him. We researched and searched for places in Fredericksburg and some places in Northern VA. After reading all of the positive reviews, we decided to go with Heart & Soul. We had an amazing time with Josh (our artist). He was very, very patient with us. He was dealing with 5 sisters at once and we can be a handful. They were pretty laid back..Josh answered all of our questions. We had a picture of a tattoo we wanted, and he even reworked the stencil for our tattoo until it was exactly the way we wanted it. I can't say enough about Josh and Heart and Soul. My sister and I will definitely be going back for another one with Josh. One of our sisters was in town from SC and couldn't make it on the day we all went. Josh came in on a day the shop was closed to do her tattoo before she headed back to SC. Very nice person and a great personality. They offer drinks and snacks! Love this place! I would highly recommend Josh!!
