Caregivers and client services staff are outstanding. Scheduling works hard to fill gaps...communication with client needs improvement but they work very very hard to keep those gaps filled. Professional nursing seems disconnected from all other services and needs the most attention to ensure better integration with the hard work being done by everyone else in the company. Fix nursing.

My father would be in dire straits without Mary and Brooke as he lives alone and I am unable to be there every day. They always have his best interests at hand and you can tell they genuinely care. And he's not the easiest guy to be around. Kudos to Home Instead and their staff!
