Extremely professional. They are there when you need them the most. They are reasonably priced for the service, parts, and and labor. Every service tech shows genuine care for their clients. The yearly maintenance service contract is worth the value received just knowing that your system is functioning properly.

I called due to an issue with my heating unit, the technician (Mike) was outstanding. He walked me through the issues and the steps to fix the unit. The office walked me through the warranty information and the transferance from the previous owner. I highly recommend this company, quick response time, professional and reliable.

The original installation was great and the technicians kept me informed during the entire process. 3 years later, the system wasn't keeping the house warm at night. I called I.C.E. to come look at it and they diagnosed that the thermostat was going bad. The technician informed me that it was under warranty and that he would order it and schedule a time to replace it. Come to the day of replacement, I get a call from the office informing me of a time window when the technician would be at my house to replace the thermostat. He arrived and replaced it. Once it was done, he told me that the thermostat installation would cost 169 because it wasn't under warranty. I pulled out my documents from I.C.E. that showed the thermostat as being under warranty. I was informed that this was just a quote and not the actual service contract (which is not accurate). The tech called a supervisor who informed the tech that I would have to pay. I questioned this again based on the documents that I had FROM I.C.E. and the tech got aggressive and told me that he would just take out the new Thermostat and reinstall the old, bad one and leave it like that if I didn't want to pay. I called the I.C.E. office and asked to speak with the supervisor who was very rude and claimed at the end of the call that \he would remember this in the future\ (a threat) if we needed this company for anything again. DO NOT use this company if there are any alternatives. UPDATE- Brett Miller reached out to me with a compassionate response and apology for this instance. I upped the stars because of this and truly appreciate his timely response.

Would Recommend. Ive had a tech to my home on 2 occasions. The people handling phones and techs were polite and professional. Prices have been compairable to what I googled average rates.
