I am so glad I found Joseph Financial Partners! I have been with them now for 2 years, moving from USAA. Its not that I disliked being at USAA, but I love the small family feel of this firm. I don't have to listen to a recording and push a bunch of numbers then get a new advisor each time I call. The initial selling point for me was they do not charge 1% per year like most firms do. Jody is always willing to help me with any questions about my money. I tell everyone I know to change over to them and they wont regret it!

This company mismanaged my money and was incompetent to say the least. If you enjoy paying high fees, high commissions, and dealing with people who don't seem to know what they're doing, then this is the company for you. My last year's IRA contribution sat in a money market account because they forgot to invest it and it earned a whopping 47 cents for the year. To add insult to injury, they charged me 725 for the privilege of closing my accounts and going elsewhere. You could say I am a profoundly dissatisfied former customer. MUCH happier in my present situation - Vanguard!
