Excellent customer service and a stellar job on my truck’s bed liner. Clean edges, extremely high attention to detail. Highly recommend Fredericksburg Line-X.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff, quality work, great communication, fair pricing. I dropped of the truck for a bedliner and it looks so good, I'm thinking about having my hard-top lined to color match the truck! Many thanks for making a \permanent\ modification an easy process.

Miscommunication between the office and the shop created a problem. They were eager to fix it, and removed the coating from areas that i needed to stay clean, so i was happy with that part of their customer service. But if you don't have fresh new parts for them to work on, I don't recommend that you have them do much prep work on any rusted metal. They did offer to send it to another shop for a full work up, but it was getting into the area of doubling the original cost of the bumper. Whatever sanding prep is done is superficial from the looks of it. Not my idea of \getting cleaned what i can\. When i was about to install it a couple days after picking it up, i noticed these areas i needed cleaned and painted only were a little discolored. Further inspection it was uneven. Even further inspection, the rust and flaking cheap factory coating was never removed from that area. Chipped away paint and old coating below to find original rust. I hope the main surfaces were cleaned well because the spray job is nice looking and even. The uv coating seemed heavy and there are big drips though. So, I have some work left on this bumper to get it to my expectations... Not the end of the world, just not what i had in mind for the price.
