Dr. Kommu is a genuinely caring man who has given me excellent medical advice throughout the three to four years I have known him. It is difficult to get an office visit, a factor completely beyond his control, but he and his excellent team of nurses have communicated with me through secure messaging, and answered my questions capably and fully within a couple of days. I have complete trust in him and his team.

What an amazing turn around. I stopped going to this clinic and Richmond because of the complete lack of professionalism, skill or care for Veterans. I stayed away so long I was delisted and the VA reduced my rating to 80% based on some mysterious miracle that somehow undid or improved my gut and chest cavity from all the damage VA surgeons did to me in Asheville when they killed me dead and left me missing organs. As bad as the VA has been to me, aside from killing me, this clinic has made a significant turn around. I was welcomed, recognized treated well, attended to quickly by courteous and professional staff... I was given excellent advice, welcomed back into the system and saw my prescriptions arrive to my home within a week. Beat that. Bravo Zulu McGuire VA for a complete turn around
