My experience started a year ago when I didn't get approved for a loan. The professionalism with my salesman David was outstanding. I then promised myself once I improved my credit I would return to purchase my car. David displayed patience and integrity. He was very knowledgeable of the product and he asked probing questions to ensure I was in a safe affordable car. I was then introduced to Jeff the manager which was great in explaining prices to me. Finally I met Niki in the finance department. She was awesome in going over the contract to explain everything and made sure I had an understanding of everything. This is the best place to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased my CLA 250 today and I worked with Hiawatha (Teddy) Parker. Teddy was absolutely great and actually let me test drive two different options so that I can see the differences that each included with the different packages. He was very patient and an overall great salesman. I didn’t feel pressured and he was very easy to talk to. I also worked with Whitney Cobb who is the finance manager and she was great. I liked how she went over the different options thoroughly and didn’t pressure me to any certain package. She was very kind to talk to as well. This is my first MB and I am proud to be a part of the family.
