My first time visiting NTB in a few years. After recently purchasing a vehicle, one of the tires had been plugged close to the sidewall. The 3rd party warranty sent me to NTB to have it looked at. The associate (David) helping me, right away noticed the hazardous plug job but also noticed the other tires were dry rotted. David went up to bat with the 3rd party warranty company and got the approval to replace all of the tires. David was very professional and kept me informed of the process. My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. Thank you for creating a stress free experience.

This NTB store has saved me TWICE! Christmas Eve of 2017 I blew a tire on a rented handicapped van and this was the only place that was willing to stay open and fix it so we could get home that night. Yesterday we were heading to VAB and the tire pressure light came on and we pulled into the same NTB #612. Steve and Aron checked all the tires and figured out one had been mounted incorrectly (by a Honda dealer!) and switched it for us. Again, accommodating us at the end of a Sunday workday. We couldn’t be more impressed with their service and kindness. Great job, NTB!
