I had a great experience here today despite the previous reviews. Prices are great, so I don’t know how much people expect them to buy their clothes for, also I noticed that a TON of people were bringing things in so that would explain why people have to wait so long for them to go through bags, employees where beyond nice, a young female from Watertown NY and a young man with red hair were very nice with every one, and EVERYONE was wearing a mask. It’s a consignment shop I don’t know what everyone expects and felt that not enough people are leaving them good reviews.

Pros: it's organized and they buy your used items. Con: Understaffed especially on the weekends. We were told there was a 2 hour wait for them to go through clothes to buy from us. 3 hours later they hadn't even touched the things that were brought in. Didn't really have a choice to just go home as we live almost an hour away.

Not worth the time and hassle. Employees are rude and not helpful. Been buying and seeking items for almost 4 years and it was great in the beginning but has gone way down. I went in today and their system was down so they couldn’t cash out my items and all I was told was I would have to come back there is nothing else I could do. They didn’t even try to offer any solutions or help and were completely rude. I heard it’s not our fault three times. Will not be using this place anymore. I’d rather use yard sale groups or Facebook marketplace to buy sell and trade
