So much to read and so informative. We had planned one day but did not finish. We came back to finish the museum and then go to the combat and Nimitz museum. So much information to take in.

This is also part of the Pacific War Museum, if you want the full experience, plan 34 hours at least. This site has its own parking lot, so if you don’t want to walk between the sites you can also drive here. Staff here are very friendly and helpful! Definitely worth checking out, it’s a great experience.

Great add-on to the overall museum. Come here second, it's a short walk down the broad. But first, look up the dates on the website for the re-enactments, to see the amphitheater's full use. There is alsytwo buildings with specific displays: a PT boat and a carrier exhibit with a plane.
