They do a good job with online orders. I like them better then Chewy. They are a bit less expensive (not much). Have had some stock issues with cat food my cats like.

Very organized and clean store. Many healthy animals looking for new homes. Lots of pet supplies are always on sale. We love when they hold adoption events.
Inventory was rather sparse. I only saw one staff member and that was the cashier. He was very polite and welcoming despite being alone. Disappointingly, I may have to stick to chewy.com; I always viewed PetsMart as the \Target\ in comparison.
I like the ease of shopping here at the Fredericksburg PetSmart. The isles are labeled by brand. Which makes a quick shopping experience.
Groomer were very friendly, nice, and listened to my concerns and needs. They gave me an estimated notice of time frame it’ll take to have services done. The timing was punctual, my pup looks sooo cute, and the groomer did a great job! Definitely returning back here again.
