Wiley is accommodating, kind and pretty much perfect. Josh is so very patient & helpful. Kim is wonderful. Stefan is a nice chat. AND Adam gives out free kittens! What more is there to say? With great good humor and straight talk, Ray Perez and his entire team did so much to make me laugh and make my experience work. Forever grateful, thank you! Now I will go dye my hair to match the car.
The person who sold me my car- Rebecca, was awesome! I have no complaints about her. However, the store was not following covid regulations. The workers didn’t leave their masks on while costumers were in the store.
Working with the team of Safford Mazda has been my best experience to date! Everyone on the team is happy to help and provides the best customer service. They greet you coming in the door without the \car sales pressure\. We enjoyed the experience so much we purchased 2 cars from them in one week. I was upside down on my car (because of an accident) and Safford worked with me to get my payments where I wanted them to be. Their posture toward customer service is NOT manufactured, it's legit. I hope not to have to buy a car again for a very long time but I will definitely come back to Safford if necessary and refer all of my friends and family to them. Last but certainly not least is the service department. I was an hour late for my routine service and Ron made sure I was taken care of. What I appreciate most, they don't make up issues with your car! And I appreciate that Ron always answers with a sunny disposition. Safford Mazda does it better than anywhere I've ever been. Thank you Adam Marlowe and the Safford crew, you seem like family...the good side - LOL.
Andre the salesman and Ray the sales manager were awesome! Got a smokin’ deal on a car and was in and out of finance in no time! Ask for these two guys!
