Have ordered from here several times for my business. Each time something has been wrong. This last time I went inside spoke to Crystal to make sure everything would be correctly ordered. This was over 3 weeks ago now. I called 2 weeks ago they said she was in a meeting she would call back. I never got a response. Called again today was able to speak to Crystal. She told me she forgot about my order and that they were to busy with vendor changes and other orders. The customer service is horrible. I will never purchase anything from them again nor will I tell any friends anything but to stay away. I do not normally down any company but people need to know how this place is actually run.

Terrible experience bad customer service, they printed on the wrong side of the shirt, had the wrong size shirts, and didn't have the right amount of shirts that I paid for in my order. The manager Crystal Brown offered me a refund and then withdrew it even though I offered to give her all of the shirts her team printed wrong back because I could not use them. When I asked to speak to higher ups in this company I have never been able to reach them, I have asked multiple times to speak to someone above Crystal and I have never been put in contact. Still waiting on my phone call or email phone the owner that will never happen. don't use this company unless you want to wast you money on a product you cannot use.
