The online payment option processed two payments one of which was 800 with an overpayment of 150, we called to stop one payment which would be an overpayment and were told that it would be added as a credit. We are a single family income and family of 5, we explained we can not afford a 950 WATER payment and that we need to have our bill Looked at as it had doubled and we need an assessment. The customer service representative was very rude said there’s nothing they can do except add a credit and hung up immediately. It’s bad enough we as a collective have to pay for natural amenities but to add the water is borderline “safe” to use and then add no reprieve when an issue arises is disheartening. Unfortunately we are forced to use this company based on the company’s location monopoly . Nevertheless this is the worst company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

You would think that through these tough times we are experiencing with Covid that people would have some kind of empathy. Not these people every time I call them they provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in customer service. To cut customers off or get snippy with them is straight up rude and it’s not just one person there it’s every single person you talk to.
I called yesterday morning about water problems I've been having since the meter was changed last week. I was told someone would be out that day. No one came. Called today. No one knows if anyone was sent out yesterday or not. Meanwhile, the problem has gotten worse. But, someone was sent out after calling a 2nd time.
Needs an app for easier access, so bills can be paid faster with my phone.
