Changing my review to 4 stars from 1 star. The company called me and explained how my communication was lost in their pass down log and offered to make everything right. I'm not going with a full 5 stars yet because I haven't followed through with picking up the materials. Terrible customer service. I contacted them no less than 6 times, phone, email, and in person, asking for a quote to move and assemble my BGE. No call back, no email. Unreliable.
