They take their sweet time serving people who are trying to get in and out of the post office. There is always a line of 30 people waiting to get their packages sent out. Id rather drive all the way up to 17 just to get quick service.

Can I give fewer than 1 star. This is too much a compliment. There is ZERO customer service and from what the employees say, they are treated just as poorly. Such an embarrassment.
Paid 9 for prepaid shipping from USPS. I was given the option to have a QR code sent to me for use at this location ( they specifically gave me this location's address). So I get there, wait 15 minutes in line, only to be told that they're not setup for that? Why not?! It's a QR code. They HAVE hand scanners there, I see them using them! All they need is to install the software! Now I have to drive to a print center, get this printed and drive back before this place closes. MAJOR waste of my time. This place needs to get their act together!
I have been missing packages since august that the post office keeps starting that the carrier said they put in my mailbox now I placed a shoe order with Nordstrom and the tracking says it’s at the post office and has given me three different date to when they will deliver to my home. You could never speak with a representative everything is automated. So I really don’t understand because I get all my parcels from UPS and Fed ex so what’s going on with the postal service. I think they are stealing and very dishonest. They get zero stars from me. They also put every body mail in my mail box they have put my mail in other peoples mail boxes. Their service sucks they need to close down.
I work in the 1500 block in Central Park at a retail location. Our mail person will only come if he is dropping off mail. I have mail sitting in the mailbox for 2 days waiting to get picked up! HELLO ANYONE WORKING??? Also can't get through to them either, must have the phone off the hook. Busy 24/ 7
