If you need a urologist, request Dr. Hill. He is a very good doctor. I highly recommend having him as your Urologist. Super friendly, great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable! Staff was friendly as well.

Boo! Spoke to Ashley at 2:30pm and told her I was coming in to sign form needed for treatment. Arrived 3:30 pm and find business closed for the day. Booo. A little notice would be nice! Not to mention the lack of indicated and expected follow-up from the office for a previous interaction, that never happened.....HELP!

more like zero stars: they just don't do anything. they don't return calls. I am patient, one appoint in Feb, Still no help, and I am just waiting on a prescription to be filled which i will pay out of pocket. Yes folks that is 3 months waiting for a response, Three times they told me they called in the script. three time i called them back to tell them the pharmacy did not receive the script. Only to hear that if has not been submitted BUT THEY WILL CALL! They don't treat you like a customer who paid for this service, Also, the 5 star reviews on this site have to be fake, there is no way the customer service can be so bad for some of us and 5 stars for other? I would be happy if they just called the pharmacy and filled my prescription, not 5 stars happy. but happy. Thanks for reaching out. Please Just mail me the script for the percription. I will try to get it filled.
