Really bad experience at the service center. Had an 8am appointment. I arrived late at 8:15 which I did call to inform them. I left at 11:00. 2 hours 45 minutes for an oil change. While waiting, I had to listen to 2 different customers who were also so angry about their service that they were yelling and cussing at a female employee who instead of diffusing the situation was yelling back at them. I heard her call another customer "that old man" and could hear her cussing as she was speaking to other staff. This woman is incredibly unprofessional and does not represent your establishment well. I will be taking my vehicle to a different Chevy dealership and buying my future Chevy elsewhere.

Had my pre-ownee vehicle serviced here and eventually traded it in for a new vehicle. Great sales staff and their service department is top knotch. Mason is an excellent salesman who will always go above and beyond for you. Brandi is superior in the service department- knowledgeable and honest. Never felt pressured for a decision! Highly recommended!!

Service department Erica Traylor stays on top of it. I've dealt with her on at least 3 occasions and she ensures you're well informed on what's going on with your vehicle. The only hiccup on my last Service, I requested my truck be washed, (2019 chevrolet high country) I was told they could do so.... and I had it returned unwashed The turnaround time for the warranty work on my vehicle has been good. Not a long wait. Same day to 2 - 3 days. I'm hoping no more repairs are needed. A courtesy vehicle would be nice when having to leave my vehicle there over 3 hours or more .
1st incident..I was going to be charged for a manufacture recall which I didn't think was right. I had to reach out to a GM who corrected the 400.00 bill. 2nd incident... someone went thru my items during an oil change which I had pointed out and the service suggested that maybe the tech needed to access something thru the middle console.... but they also went thru my bench storage. 3rd incident... missing 2 personalized tire air valves but I didn't ask for a tire change/ rotation. There's a few more..
Here 2 days in a row with AC issues, but they're on top of it, trying to correct the problem.
Another bad experience at freedom Chevrolet. All it takes is a simple phone call and it just seems to be too much for these guys.
I made an appointment for oil change for 1 o'clock I go back at 3 o'clock and my car still was not ready.
