Excellent facility especially in cold weather!!! My 5 year old daughter and her friend seemed to enjoy it. With Groupon vouchers and the grip socks we brought from home, it was quite reasonable. The gentleman seemed to be very friendly and nice. We would definitely love to come back.

Fun to go to when too cold to be outside. Gets boring after an hour or so. Food options are very limited... pretty clean and generally not terrible crowded... Socks are like 10 bucks and each person is 10 to 16.
My kids enjoyed the place. So I was happy for that. But the bathrooms smelled like piss. I don't understand why the bathrooms smelled, when there wasn't a lot of people there. Second, at the time I was there, no one adhered to the safety guidelines. None of the parents and the kids had on masks. The men at the front desk didn't say anything. So it led me to believe the people that live in that area of NJ do what they want.
Im sorry I had to do this... When we first started coming here we LOVED it. I mean weekly visits. Polite counter help, 1 or 2 people watching the kids on the floor. Fast forward to now. The place is dirty and it shouldn't be... it's not busy. I was there the day Covid shut down schools and when Get Air opened back up, they were always sanitizing. Not anymore. Not visibly in the 1 or 2 hours Ive been there.The bathrooms are HORRIFIC. The no touch hand sanitizer machines do not work, nobody watches the kids at all on the floor anymore, parents and kids not wearing masks, nobody says a word, the guy there now sequesters himself in the office and ALL of his phone conversations can be heard (not kid friendly). It went from fun and safe to dingy and sad.
My daughter and I went in on Saturday at 12:45 and it was already at capacity. My 2 year old grandson was jumping around yelling, jump, jump? The gentleman behind the counter explained that he had a birthday party coming in, so he wasn’t letting anyone in cause we couldn’t get an hour. He was so upset my grandson was crying, that he let us go in for free until 1pm. We are going back on Monday. He had so much fun, it’s clean, it’s well ventilated and you can’t beat the staff!! It’s exactly what the website promises. A great place to hang out!!
