The class was very well run as the instructors were on there A game the entire time. They answered all of our questions with great detail and were supportive the entire time. They were also excellent at showing examples while in the pool as well. If I had to take this class again I’d pick the Freeport location every time.

Getting our staff safely trained & certified when quarantine started presented a challenge for us. Aquatic Solutions was very quick to respond to the changes and helped us transition our staff from in-person classes to online training. Their blended learning has allowed us to ensure that our staff is trained and certified in the safest way possible. They provided outstanding customer service and assisted our less tech-savvy employees navigate the online training. Once in-person testing became available, they worked with us to get all of our employees scheduled to complete their certifications. They have been very responsive to the needs of our employees and exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend contacting them for your certification needs.
This summer, my university gave me funding to complete a community service project. I worked with Aquatic Solutions at Freeport Recreation Center to provide funding for CPR/AED/First-Aid/Lifeguarding training to a group of low-income high-school students. Aquatic Solutions instructors are professional, knowledgable, and kind. I would know as I took classes with them a few years back as well. They care about each of their students and truly work to provide the best experience and training possible. They were a great community partner and you will not regret taking classes through Aquatic Solutions.
The instructors and instructor trainers here are absolutely amazing. They make sure that everyone knows all the skills so they can Lifeguard properly. Costumer service at aquatic solutions is unmatched. They are very accommodating and help out with everything you need. I took my Lifeguard instructor course there and they were great in helping me out with everything. They even helped me get a job thereafter
I just recently completed my 3rd Adult/Infant CPR/AED and First Aid Certification with Aquatic Solutions. You don’t have to be a lifeguard - I’m a Certified Personal Trainer. While I thoroughly enjoyed the first two, the last one was the blended learning - great! I probably never would have taken it if it weren’t for the pandemic lockdown. But, the online portion lets you review the material at your own pace with avatars you control that walk you through each situation. So, when I finally took the hands-on portion, it was only about 45 minutes (3 people socially distanced and masked in my class). They provided all the necessary protocols, which included a free face mask covering. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Gabrielle! When I had scheduling issues, she was always kind and very patient on the customer service end, and resolved the issues quickly. And, her in-person energy is wonderful! I highly recommend Aquatic Solutions!!!
