The lady who works there is very pleasant. I can’t say the same for the captain. He was very rude and arrogant towards the passengers/customers. In the future please provide a safety briefing especially when there are a large number of children on board. At least let people know where life jackets are located and where they’re not allowed to go on the boat. Thanks.
