I heard about LaserCut Pro through friends of mine who recently purchased protective face shields from them. My mother-in-law was at a nursing home at the time and I wanted to purchase a few for some of the amazing, caring nurses that were taking care of her. I called the company directly and placed my order for a few face shields. Josh, at customer service, was so professional and my order was ready the next day for curbside pickup. I was so satisfied with the customer service and so impressed with the quality of the product that I decided to use LaserCut Pro for my fire pit tabletop. I asked to speak to Josh again being that he was so sweet and helpful with placing my first order. He guided me in making the right decision regarding the size. I emailed him pictures and he gave me his expert opinion. Again , LaserCut Pro came through. My plexiglass fire pit tabletop was ready before the expected deadline. I am so thrilled with it and use it every day. The quality is excellent and is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend LaserCut Pro. I will definitely be using them again .
We needed a specially sized piece of acrylic to replace the glass outdoor tabletop which had broken last year while we were cleaning it. I found LaserCut Pro in a Google search. I called and spoke with Josh. He was very helpful as he went over my options And gave me a price quote. I called back the next day and placed my order via email. My husband dropped off the deposit the next day and they cut the piece same day! We are very happy to have a functioning dining table in the backyard again.
