Wanted to share my thoughts on this company. Had my party august 22nd, driver originally showed up to the wrong house. Waited for him to come to right house. Had a good time, driver was friendly and took us where we wanted to go. Just received a call from someone who works there, saying I didn’t tip the driver. I did tip the driver and he even said thank you I appreciate it. The guy who works at the office has the audacity to call me and say I didn’t give a big enough tip..... excuse me?? The money I paid in cash goes to your company, what I tip the driver is at my own discretion. He said the money I gave the driver was pretty much good enough for a slice of pizza, extremely unprofessional. There’s no reason to call me to tell me I did not tip enough. He then tells me not to book with that company again - no problem. I will also not recommend this place to anyone. I feel that due to COVID you should be happy I gave you my business at all. Who calls to tell someone they didn’t tip the driver enough money? Good luck, and don’t call me again.

Recently booked through Metro Limousine, they started by sending an email and I received a call back from them within an hour with the competitive price. Once the booking is completed, they were in regular contact to make sure everything is perfect as planned. On the day the Car arrived before 15 minutes, driver was polite and more professional. On the return driver arrived 15 minutes early and made myself and wife feel very welcome. I even received a call from the Metro Limousine team after few days to take my feedback and suggestions. I definitely using them and recommend all others
Very unhappy with this company. Booked a brewery tour with a party bus was sent a limo. Was told we would go to 3 breweries only 1 had our reservation! Waiting for owner to respond, will keep everyone updated!
I am booking cars in Metro Limousine for several years; they are doing awesome service. Exceptional car with great price, in addition they don't add extras in the bill. I tend to shop around for the best deals, always cross check with Metro Limousine are always the best.
I would like to say how much we were impressed with your company; we had a very pleasant experience. Booking a Van was so convenient and quick, had a best price. We will definitely come back and recommend you to family and friends
