If we could have given a zero star rating we would have. Terrible customer service and also very rude. Didn't get paper 2 days in a row and they said to call if we didn't receive it by 10 am and they would see that we get one. At 10 am they said it was too late and we would not receive a paper. They had our address wrong even though we had been receiving the paper for a couple of months. They also said neither of our phone numbers were correct. This is the absolute worst customer service we have experienced in some time. Don't even know why we subscribed. A couple more days like these and we will cancel our subscription. Not that they even care. There was a time when they did care. Times are changing.

This is the poorest experience I have ever had. I have called practically every day since September of 2019 notifying them that I am not receiving my paper, even though my subscription is good through November 5, 2019. They sent me 2 different bills with 2 different prices. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought another 52 week subscription, but I have not seen one paper delivered to me. I finally got a hold of a person, (because every time I call I get a recording), and they tell me they are having problems finding good help delivery folks, but they have got it resolved, and now I NEVER get a paper, and every day I call. I'm totally disgusted. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Poor..poor...poor..poor!
Customer Service is non existent at the paper. We have called in every day as we pay for home delivery and have not receive a paper in 5 days. Each day they assure us we will get a paper tomorrow. Phone lines are answered out of Florida and you can’t get any person with local knowledge who can help you. Very frustrating!!@#!?\u003e#
Very poor service would not even get this paper sign up August 5th no paper even delivered to me customer service said I get a paper delivered to me on 8/16/19 never saw anyone bring me the paper at all. Customer service said I would get a paper and a free month and a credit. I told customer service I do not want paper do to poor customer service I would recomend that Freeport Journal Standard you do not get this paper
Great small town paper. Home delivery has not missed us ever. Great customer service over the phone. They got back to me within the same day with the answers we needed.
