The lady who answered the phone was rude...I called in to report that a driver of their had ran a car into the median and had cut off a oversized load and was swerving in and out of traffic in town speeding.. she was unconcerned and acted as if I was bothering her.. if the office staff is unconcerned with the safety of others out here on the road then its no wonder the driver don't care if he hurts innocent people.. if I could give zero stars I would....
