Great place to catch a bus.

Don't expect to find free parking if you go there at 8:30 am except on Fridays where you might be lucky to find a spot or two among the 300 free parking spots. 50 a month (2/day)for reserved parking is not a bad deal at all considering that you have assured and safe parking during the rush hour when you want to take the transit.

It is a parking lot. It fills up relatively early so it is not great for late commuters. There is plenty limited time parking available if you are there to pick someone up and there are other businesses close that are good if you need something (like a bite to eat) on your way.
