I have been here many time, but last Sunday is my last day for this place. The owner become rude to my family group. The service is not match with each other, since the employee says if there are more than 4 people we have to pay extra for it but without mentioning about the limited extra people. My group have been here a week ago with 6 people, the owner let us in, but this time there are 7 people and she said: "Our rule is only extra 1 more person" that mean only 5 people can enter a court. There are no rule that shows in this place and the rule is changing over time. The most annoying part is she forced us to pay for the extra money while one of my friends is on his rest and we are during the game, neither before nor after the game even I told her we will pay after the game and we are still playing, but she definitely say no because my friend is at rest and not playing right now. It is only 20, no one are going to run away for that and the point is we have been here many time. That lady is ruin our mood for the game. Never come back here anymore

Visit the place first time today. The Thursday 12/27/2018. We usually play tennis but today is so windy so we decided try this badminton place instead. The building is big with a nice staff. There is computer that you need to register. Then pay money. One adult and two kids cost 37. Multiple court available. We played more than two hours. Inside are mostly green. Clean and well organized.
she aksed me to pay while i was playing. bad custumer service
Bad customer service. Will not come back here anymore
The sign up process could really use a better system to streamline the process. Other than that, it's my go-to place on the weekend! Way cleaner than Bintang.
Good place to play badminton during pandemic.
Good players and with new courts it is very convenient for Fremont and Milpitas areas
Decent place to play badminton. Way better than Bin Tang in Dublin (the only other courts I have been to). Pricing is on par with other badminton courts around bay area. Avoid going there when classes are going on as they reserve most of the courts for the classes leaving only very few open for other players.
