I will suggest do not waste your time and money on this clinic. These people have no respect for the emotional trauma a couple goes through. Their prices are similar to one of the high-end fertility clinics, but when it comes to service, they are bad, and only 1-2 staff members know their stuff. The most frustrating part for us was that they used COVID as an excuse for everything. Their doctor abruptly goes on a vacation in the middle of the treatment, and now their excuse is because of COVID, we cannot give you an appointment. Let's try it next month; maybe we might be able to squeeze you in; Madam, do you even realize the emotional trauma a couple goes through. Their staff in front of the patient discusses the next steps, and the process depends on who you are talking to; again, they won't educate their staff members and use the pandemic as an excuse for their staff ignorance.
