This place SUCKS!!!!! I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!! You people SUCK
They help honest people out. I recommend trying them especially if you’re having trouble renting elsewhere as they consider things other than credit and are more open minded in my opinion. They have a large selection of apartments, duplexes, townhomes and houses that you can register to view on your own at your own leisure, (thats always nice!!) and i feel what they ask for in regards to rent is competitive and fair based on unit conditions. They are attentive to maintenance issues and respectful of our privacy. They also dont charge a huge pet deposit like most other places, instead they charge a modest monthly pet rent! Thanks and keep up the good work!!!
I honestly wish I could give this company zero stars but it won’t allow me to. All I can say is.. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Matt was great while we were in his office signing papers, and the second everything was final, he turned into a complete a**hole. During the winter of 2018 when it was close to -30 degrees, he wouldn’t even get our heat fixed. I was around 20 weeks pregnant at the time & I had a 5 year old in the home with me. Thankfully we had a fireplace tv stand and a working oven to let out heat or we probably would have ended up in the damn hospital. It had to be fixed 3 times in the 6 months we lived in his property because he wanted to be cheap and do the bare minimum and never actually fix the problem. Then after we gave him his 30 day notice, and he messaged back saying that the notice will be fine.. that’s all we needed to do. We moved out, left the heat on so that nothing would get damaged in the home, the heat broke ONCE AGAIN and he’s trying to charge us thousands of dollars because “the pipes froze and caused water damage all throughout the house”. Which we left the heat on specifically to avoid that problem. And it wasn’t just the property we lived in because my boss was renting another property from him and he had the exact same heating issues. And on top of him saying we owe him that, he never gave back our 950 dollar deposit that he had no reason to keep from us. I will be taking him to court for these charges and I will NEVER rent one of his properties again. I highly recommend everyone to look for another company to rent from because you will seriously regret going through this one!!
