Communication is poor and some customer service people very rude! Driver showed up 15 min earlier than the facility was told, waited 4 min and left! He /she never came in to say they were there. This caused a 92 year old woman to miss an event important to her. The very least the driver could have done was phone to let the facility know they were waiting.
They can be good somedays but on others they're not to great. I've been late to school many times and they arrive earlier than said.
The services is bad very bad the van door broke and won't close it was in February so it was very cold I almost fries to death and they did not care
Very poor experience I had to quit my job because I couldn't get a ride and they didn't care
