I'll start by saying I'm \that guy\ who typically only writes a review when he has had a bad experience - not this time. I ended up working with Dan Clark by chance - what a stroke of luck for me. He is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Ended up buying a 2010 Kawasaki Concours from him. It was an easy transaction (flawless other than the fact that he was busy). Jamie handed F&I. She was awesome as well. It's a long drive for me to deal with Schiets (50 miles) but well worth the trip. To the Schiets staff - thank you for the opportunity to work with you. I'll make the drive simply because the level of service is worth it. Thank you.

I rarely post reviews of businesses but have to give credit where it is due. This is a great place to do business in northern Ohio. They’re not exactly located close to me, but had the opportunity to do business with them as a result of a lack of product availability. They had the particular machine in stock that I was looking for and I made the drive. Unfortunately, the product I was purchasing had a malfunctioning part, even after PDI testing, and I had to leave the dealership without my purchase. I was disappointed, but I thought the folks at Schiets dealt with the situation in the best way possible. Although I left empty handed that day, I knew they did everything they could, as a team, to try and remedy the issue and send me home with my purchase. It was ‘all hands on deck’ when the issue arose. When we determined it couldn’t be solved that day, they were just as defeated as I was and without skipping a beat, they told me they would make it right by fixing the issue and delivering the product to me. I live over 2 hours away, so this was no small commitment. I didn’t buy an expensive machine, nor did I show up in a fancy vehicle- they just took care of me, the way you would expect to be treated. Give this place a chance if you’re in the market for a new machine. If you try to call and don’t get an answer, it’s probably because they’re busy with customers (because they’re good to do business with).

He put the faith back in us that not all sale's people just want sell you something you don't need for a quick buck and send you on your way. Schiets is a place you can trust.
