Friendly service. Been there 3 times now trying to find boots that don't hurt my feet. Ordered a half size smaller but now they're too big... Need feet measured.. New boots are actually bigger than my size 8 boots I have already.. But now gotta take em back and pay 15 bc they didn't work..yet again... Disappointed because I thought for sure they'd work out...

This is a favorite store of mine and I try my best to support them. I was pleased to see many American made options here and they made sure they marked them. They sell many brands new and used, for work, dress, western, hunting, hiking, etc. So remember to check where stuff is made, not only here, but everywhere you go! Let's start voting with our hard earned dollar to support the American made jobs and the American made products.

I paid 100 for a pair of boots that lasted a month and they were falling apart. I called the manufacture and was told that there was a year warranty on my boots and the distributor where I bought them is suppose to honor the warranty. I took them back and was told that they were not going to warranty them. This has been the worst customer service that I have ever had anywhere. I spent 100 on a pair of boots for one month use. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them because they will not warranty the products that they sell.

Great store, great prices, great service! The sales associates were helpful and friendly. So why only 3 stars? We left some boots to be repaired and stretched. The young boy who wrote out our ticket did not provide enough information for the person repairing the boots and he wrote down our cell phone number wrong. Mistakes happen, I get it. My husband called the store and was told the boots were ready. We drove from Chattanooga to Crossville to get them, that's how much we like this store and it was a beautiful drive. When we got there the boots were not ready. I explained that they said they were ready. She, the lady behind the counter, then tells me it is not their fault that they could not read or understand the ticket that they wrote out. I'm sorry she had a bad day, everyone has them. I'm not sure why she feels their mistakes are our fault. Will we go back? Probably, plus we need to pick up the boots. Can I recommend their shoe repair? No, because I dont want you to be treated like we were treated. I will say this, the work they did was top notch! Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

This can be summed up in one word. Wow... So many boots, so little time. If you're looking for boots this is the place to be. If you're leaving the store without boots, you never had the intention to buy in the first place. Ended up taking 2 great pairs, and I know where I'll get my next ones... By the time it's due!

This is the Boot store....Didn't have no one to ask if I needed help. I finally went downstairs ask about the fat baby boots . Very rude was they don't have those anymore, and if they did they would be upstairs. Told the lady I had already looked , may have looked over them. wasn't no body up there to help me.
