I was scheduled to receive a Rainmate and to participate in a demonstration this week and was eager to see the products that Fresh Air Solutions has to offer. The time came and went for my appointment and no one showed up. I called to find out if I had written down the wrong time. I spoke with the Market Manager who advised the employee who scheduled me was new and hadn’t correctly scheduled the visit. She then gave me a new time. Again, it came and went with no word from anyone. I called again, this time leaving a message. 30 minutes after my message a representative calls me and says he wants to ‘get me scheduled’ with no explanation as to why the last rep never showed up. I explained that I had been on hold twice already with no one showing up and did not want to continue wasting my time. I am very disappointed as I was anxious to see the products demonstrated. I will not, however, give business to a company that has no regard for my time. Very frustrated that I’ve wasted as much time as I have on them.
