I would give them ZERO stars if I could.These people do not get in a hurry and they certainly don't care to waste your time.They certainly don't mind giving you an attitude as well.So much for running an operation in a professional manor.

They start unloading by 9am and takes 1 1/2 minimum. Also you must pay port entry fee unless you have Twic card.
