I chose to go to Fresh Faced Skin Care for a chemical peel because of her excellent reviews. When I went in I was promptly greeted by Erica. Then the door was shut and locked so it was just me in the shop, which I really appreciated during these times. I don’t go out a lot during this pandemic so being able to have the shop to myself and not having to worry about being around unnecessary people is a big plus! Erica asked about my skin issues and what I was looking for and then educated me on why my skin was the way it was and how we can help repair it. I was prepared for her to shove a bunch of unnecessary products down my throat but she didn’t! She only suggested what I needed, which she makes herself! I’m only a day post chemical peel but my skin already feels softer and less dry and rough than it did. I plan on going back for additional peels until my skin is in its best shape!

I began my journey with Erica at Fresh Faced a little over 6 months ago and my acne is completely clear! I had a cluster of acne on the right side of my face for a few years and nothing else worked. The facials were quick and effective and she helped me keep the faith throughout the process even when it seemed like little was happening on the surface.
