Called Fresh Water Services and said I needed a new water softener as my old one stopped working. Arty came out almost Immediately and looked over the old softener. He gave me suggestions on what I needed and an estimate, which from my research was very fair. The next morning he came out with a new unit and installed it quickly. He answered all my questions very professionally. He also replumbed the unit to my house. He did a very clean job, showed me the control instructions. I am very satisfied with Arty, his work and company. I recommend anyone who needs the services of the Fresh Water Services Inc to call them. Ken

The technician came to our house. He gave me a couple of options. I never felt pressure either way. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about knowing the business. (I really appreciated that). He was very knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. He even called and checked on us after the work was done. I would use this company again and recommend them to anybody that needs their services.
