Horrible lady at receiving they should rename to part time produce since produce drivers work around the clock but these mouth breathers don't signs outside say they love drivers well they must be talking about their own Freshpoint and capstone lumpers are worse than publix and fhi they are very rude its no wonder they are behind glass doors im sure some truckers have wanted to reach out and touch one of them at one point or another also very expensive lumping service that takes forever and a day -3/10 would not recommend

As team drivers, we were able to get loaded with potatoes in Ammon,ID on Monday morning and got here to deliver Wednesday 12:00 noon. With the coordinated efforts of our broker we got to set it up to deliver 2 days earlier than the scheduled time. There was no guard and the gate was wide opened so I drove right in, checked in and immediately was given a door. An hour later, got the text to pay the lumper fee of 145, and was out the gate 30 minutes later. They have a clean bathroom for the drivers inside the checkin area. A lot of room to 90 or back straight in. They don’t check seals. After delivering or loading, there’s a huge parking lot that you could pull forward to chill to do paperwork, etc. (PS. I would have to agree with other drivers experiences here at FreshPoint. The woman who works the receiving department has no people skills whatsoever. She's arrogant and rude. And yes, like others have said whether its 1 pallet or 3 prepare to spend too much wasted time at FreshPoint. I guess our schedules don't matter. They'll get to you when they are good and ready. Maybe they are understaffed. Not one of my favorite places to deliver. Its a day killer.
They take a Long Time count6each item, 4 Pallets, 3.5 hours unload 175.00
Receiving lady is damn too arrogant & rude... simply do not want to answer any Qs and try neglect as much as possible
