It was perfect for our needs. Did some snow shoeing, downhill skiing, walking and relaxing. Even sat on the porch yesterday in the sun. So warm. It was great to have our dog along. Nice re n OTE quiet place. Loved it

Fresh Water Vacations treated me very well and I love booking through them. Professional, fast responses and very helpful. I rented the Dream Catcher Cabin in Newaygo, MI and this was my second stay through Fresh Water. I absolutely love this cabin and it's my favorite out of all cabins I've ever rented. Very clean, spacious, safe and beautiful ! I am truly in love with this very luxurious cabin. I hope to be back again before the snow hits!
I chose this cabin for a last-minute getaway for my wife, son and myself. The vacation staff was very helpful with finding a location that met my needs. This place was very comfortable and accommodating. The bed rooms were more than adequate with heat sources, TVs and plenty of storage. The kitchen is very big and stocked with anything I needed for cooking. The propane grill was easy to use but I couldn’t find any grilling utensils. The views were pleasant and the house was very clean. I liked the ability to keep my vehicle in a garage. I would stay here again.
We have stayed at Rapid River Lodge many times and still LOVE it! It is family friendly, quiet and has an incredible view with use of the river. It has enough room for all of us and for all the kids to play. The new appliances, hot tub, furniture was great so enough seating in living room for everyone. Everyone at Freshwater Rentals are so helpful and knowledgeable about their properties. We also like that the business makes you feel important and are family oriented too.
We have used Freshwater Vacation Rentals for years. Here is one reason why; we had originally secured our vacation for August though became exposed to COVID thus had to postpone the trip. Then had to postpone again in September. Freshwater worked with us and were obliging to the schedule change. We eventually made it in October. I know if we had of used a different rental company that would not have went to seamlessly. Just simple phone call, and they ALWAYS answer the phone. Lastly the house was perfect. Clean, well maintained, with high quality appliances. Owners of the home left many cleaning products to keep the home tidy and neat. It is a relief to be able to clean a home while staying in it for seven days! Also, we know that Freshwater is a reasonable company; if something goes wrong, mishap or what not (something broken, etc) they will work with us as opposed to be confrontational and difficult. I only use them when we are vacationing; don't even look on other sites. (And most of the homes are dog friendly which is of utmost importance.)
