Never received my Amazon package. When I called Dynamex, I was politely told that the driver said it was delivered. I reviewed all the activity from my multiple security cameras that day, and though there was other activity -- NO delivery. They told me I would have to deal with Amazon for a replacement. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with this carrier. All the other delivery companies have no problem delivering to my address.
I needed the items in my package for my sons birthday party and this company did not deliver. As promised. I was not able to make his birthday cake and My 4 year old son was hugely disappointed.
If I could give -10 I would! This place is ridiculous and Amazon needs to stop using them! Yesterday the delivery driver lied about attempting to deliver my package by saying he couldn't gain access to my front door. Unfortunately for him I have cameras in front of my house and he never showed up. Then u called this morning and they said it would be delivered tonight but now that I called them again they are saying tomorrow now!!! Ugh!! I asked why am I getting different answers and he says he doesn't know they didn't put in any notes!! He tried to say this was not normal but I explained to him every single review on line says the same thing. They always like about saying they deliver packages when they don't!!! Now we'll wait to see if I get it tomorrow. But I will never use them again!! And I will be calling Amazon letting them know not to use them!!!
I have joined the ranks of others with failed deliveries. I ordered my items and selected same day shipping but the package was a no show and now it says I may have to wait an additional 3 days to receive my order. This is an absolute waste of a delivery company and Amazon needs to drop them as soon as possible.
