I needed help child custody & visitation. I wasn’t sure who to go to and needed this done as soon as possible. Lisa was a big help and answered my questions. She was nice and understood how important this was to me as I was having a hard time. She made it happen and it was much easier than trying to figure out the court process. Here is Lisa’s response: Sylvia Cervantez, I am responding to your review you post two weeks ago. I wasn't able to locate you as a client, then discovered your daughter was actually my client five months ago and not you. I am sorry you feel dissatisfied with my services. I know your daughter was pleased with the casework I prepared for her as she never mentioned typos or or errors. I did review the Declaration I wrote and used spell check with no errors appearing. I further reviewed her case online today with the Court. It does indicate she won her case with the casework I prepared and filed with court! I am sorry your Guardianship case was terminated but am so glad your daughter has her child back with her. As to leaving the documents out under the doormat, I have a hanging file holder and lock box for clients to pick up documents after office hours. I truly hope this clears the air. Kind regards.

Beware she is pathetically unprofessional, extremely incompetent and rude. Had a horrible experience and made a huge mistake in using her. She doesn't know how to spell or format a simple letter. After she was paid in full she said I could pick up my papers at her house and she left my papers underneath her dirty front door mat without using an envelope. They were full of errors and filthy!! My goodness who does something like that? Save your money. I could have done way better myself and avoided here unethical scam artist behavior.
