Although our car buying experience was a little different because it occurred all online during the Shelter in Place orders, we feel everything went smooth and Al was wonderful during our signing! One car was ready for periodic maintenance. I took it in and the service was completed earlier than estimated. While there I asked about he recall on the other vehicle and was told to bring it in when I came after the other car. The work was completed the same day but due to closing time I elected to pick up next day. Ben, the service advisor was excellent.

Being a car salesman at one time of my life,I have to say that my experience was not what I expected. The experience was a good one,we were fortunate to have a sales representative that treated us with overwhelming respect. Darrell told us he was new to the business and that if he didn't have an answer to our questions, he would surely find the answer. The experience from beginning to the end was pleasant. We got the car we were looking for,at a fair price and a great salesman to make the experience memorable. Actually all the people we conversed with ,from the sales manager to the finance manager were all very good people to deal with.

He will always give you updates on whats going on.
