I've had previous experiences with suit makers, (off the rack and made-to-measure suits) both online and store. So I must admit I was a little hesitant just because it always such a long process of the representatives trying to funnel me to the most premium materials and the multiple visits. However, once I got helped by Cody, his honesty and great customer service made my concerns a non-issue. He gave his expertise for the best looking fabrics and designs within my price range. At this point, with the great and easy experience I wouldn't mind even if I had to come back in a few times because I was expecting the fit to be off (as it was with my prior experiences). The suit fitted perfectly. Outlined off the shoulder and hugged the waist nicely. Pants fell right where it should. I was so impressed, this is my most comfortable suit to date. They definitely earned a life time customer. Will definitely recommend to others. Big thank you to Cody!

Johnathan and Cody are very passionate and professional! Their attention to detail is awesome and their customer service is too. Love their suites and starting my collection. This is definitely my choice for taylored suites in Fresno!
So far, I've had a suit, a shirt, and a pair of jeans made for me. I cannot begin to express how high the bar has been set for me in terms of customer service for the workers here. To name one, Jonathan, has always been the person to greet me as soon as I walk in. He has kept their service, and my opinion of them extremely high. To talk on their quality now, outstanding is the only word I can use to describe it. The occasions I've been able to wear the suit I've received compliments every time over the quality, the design, and the fit of it. As for the shirt and jeans, both fit like a dream, I wear the jeans just about every day and they hold up and retain their color as long as you follow the washing directions. I was used to Levi's before these so this is far and away a welcome change. The stretch and coloring was perfect and I was even able to customize every detail down to the color of the stitching and the pattern as well as the color of the buttons used on the pockets. I can go on and on about the quality of their work, but for now I hope this suffices. I will continue to recommend this company to all my coworkers in the CA area. I hope they are able to expand their range to Seattle soon as well.
Great experience with Jonathan. He's knowledgeable and very helpful, making suggestions but allowed me to make my own choices. For my first time going somewhere for custom clothes it was all I could have hoped for. Wide range of patterns and options for your custom piece. In my opinion, this was a self indulgent luxury experience. The benefit is the look and feel of the clothes.
Cody and Jonathan give great customer service, very professional. I was extremely happy with my suit and the way I was attended. It made the whole experience that much better. Thanks guys!
I went to the R. Douglas located in Downtown Sacramento. Clayton was awesome. I don't have much sense of fashion and Clayton came up with a style and design for a custom tailored suit that I have been wanting for many years now. He made the whole experience fun and comfortable explaining every detail along the way. Clayton also to help update my style went out of his way and sent me multiple dress shoe styles that would go along with my new suit. The suit turned out amazing and I have never owned an article of clothing that fits as well as my custom tailored suit does. I picked up my suit yesterday and ordered two additional shirts because I loved the one they made me so much. I will be going back in the future for more stylish and perfect fitting clothing!
Amazing. Ryan and the team are so helpful. I am 6'8" so finding a good suit off the rack is normally impossible. Ryan made me a made to measure suit that fits like a glove, and it did not break the bank either! I will be getting more suits, now I know where I can go in Fresno! So happy I have found somewhere so good, so local.
Just did a walk in today looking for a wedding suit and was helped right away. I enjoyed my experience and felt no pressure during the whole process. Price of the custom suit was very reasonable and you get so much more for what you are paying. There is a good selection of quality fabrics and accessories to choose from. They have exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a custom suit.
