I had a great experience here! The staff were super friendly. My visit was smooth, and the nurse was able to provide me with more comprehensive and accurate information regarding my birth control than my PCP. She took lots of time to talk with me and answer all my questions, even offering information and insights related to my specific medical history that no one had ever told me before. While I have the majority of my care elsewhere, I would return here in a heartbeat for issues related to birth control and other reproductive health matters.

Really unfortunate first and only experience. I can only recommend fellow islanders to save your time and go off island. Incorrectly scheduled my appointment, didn’t have the necessary tools to start/complete the appointment, and offered no apology for my wasted time and their mistake. Their excuse was that they have a lot of turn over in staff and will work on retraining.
